Review of Swiss International Air Lines [SWISS]

My return flight from Bangkok is with them unfortunately, booked via Austrian airlines. never had problems with Austrian, but they didn't have suitable return flights, and so they offered Swiss.
It took multiple attempts to reach Swiss, and finally they denied my request to bring back my cat with me. So, I have Austrian who let me take my cat to Bangkok and then Swiss told me that I can leave my cat there :-D Why? Because "quota is exceeded" Quota on my leg space under a front seat? I actually not sure :-D I wrote to them in English, they replied in German... Never again with them, now have to reschedule everything.

Yesterday I had a flight from Berlin to Barcelona with a stopover in Zurich, the first flight was delayed for 1 hour and a half and we missed the second flight to Barcelona. I arrived in Barcelona at 12 pm when I should have arrived at 7 pm. Because of this delay I had to spend the night in Barcelona because I'm not from there, missing a train to Zaragoza (my city) and spending 100 euros on a taxi (at that time there were no trains or buses) and missing my train having to buy other tickets for the next day. I was lucky that in Barcelona I have family with whom I was able to spend the night there. This 5 hour delay has caused me to lose 100 euros apart from my time without any compensation. This company does not have customer service for these cases or telephone numbers or emails in its own country and when trying to request this compensation for its website or its application it gives errors and does not stop because of its fault. If someone from the company can help me to give me the corresponding compensation that would be great and for those of you who are not from the company, think about it before traveling on it.

Terrible service.
I join the quire and would have given a zero.
Will never fly again.
Swissair cancelled our return flight, but I have had to contact them 3 times to have a refund. Still not received nearly two months after the cancellation.
Must be illegal and should be prosecuted.

Our baggage did not arrive with our flight. We got an email asking for address to deliver the baggage which arrived in a later flight. We waited all day with no update so decided to go back to the airport. After making multiple calls and asking around we finally found a counter where we were guided to our luggage. A day meant for tourism wasted in tracking our luggage. Never flying Swiss again

We do not recommend Swiss Airlines. We are a well-travelled family of 5 (3 children) and on July 23rd 2024 we were on our way to Singapore (and then Tokyo) via Zurich. Since we had several connecting flights, we had chosen to use carry-on luggage only, and carefully respected their size and weight according to Swiss Airlines policy. We used several air companies during those holidays and never had a single problem... except with Swiss Air: on July 23rd in the evening, when we queuing to board the Zurich-Singapore portion of our trip, an arrogant young man at Zurich airport forced us to check our carry-on baggage, even though they did not exceed the weight and size limits, we had 3 children and it was a connecting 13 hour flight. I explained him we wanted to spare the children the extra-time of waiting checked luggage at the carrousel but he became even more arrogant and even sarcastic. I travel often and have accepted several times to check my hand luggage last minute (even though I still think this should be avoided, it does not happen that often with Asian companies). But for a long-haul flight, there is no reason to pick a family with 3 children to do that effort, and the rude attitude of this responsible of the boarding room in Zurich was clearly inappropriate. We will definitely avoid Swiss Air as from now and have already told our family and friends about our experience. Besides, food was really poor quality. When you spend about 3500 euros to a company, you expect it to be more professional.
