Piece of sh** SWISS airlines. Was supposed to transfer from Zurich to Copenhagen, and SWISS airlines decided to delay 2 times (total 3 hours), and then when passengers were all on board, they kept their passengers on the plane for another 2 hours!!!! Then the pilot made an announcement that due to the clouds, they are cancelling the flight when all the passengers were on board!!! However, because all the ground staff was busy, they kept us on board another 1 hour (total 6 hours delay already).
Then after getting off the flight, they had a 2 hour wait line to the Help Desk. They ran out of hotel vouchers to give out to passengers, and it was already 10 pm! So they told people to get their own hotels and no one got their luggages. People were rebooked to flights 2 days later!! How atrocious of an experience.
Fast forward, 1 month after the flight, their customer service is DECLINING TO PAY for the hotel fee reimbursement. They are claiming that they had to do it for weather reasons, and the weather was only cloudy!! omg.
Their atrocious customer service, terrible organization and management of the flight, leaves a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I would advise everyone to avoid this Airline at all costs. This is worst than anything I've experienced.
Save your time and money, and try to transfer at another country and city !!!!!
