They referred us to a company called Dolfi for handling of the broken bag. They had zero understanding of my situation and where I was. Dolfi had several agents who answered emails as they don't have a phone number to call de. They tried to tire me out with unreasonable suggestions of solutions.
Ryanair's customer service handles matters better than Dolfi and Swiss air.
I regret traveling with them.
