I had flight from Zurich to Boston from Swiss airline on which I and my son (9 year old) were forcefully thrown out. The reason given was “Due to an aircraft change, following in a heavy overbooking situation, we have rebooked you to Boston (BOS) via Newark (EWR) with UA135 and UA2612. The flight will depart in Zurich (ZRH) at 1010LT, and you will arrive in Boston (BOS) 1803LT. If you have any questions regarding the rebooking, please contact any ground staff. Thank you for your understanding.

I had a lot of discussion with Swiss airline but in vain. They forced me to take another flight with extra connection. There is a clear discrimination that I see with Swiss airline. If you are of the people with color avoid Swiss airline.
I knew Swiss airlines had issues but they have taken it to next level.

Swiss customer service is a waste of time. . One of our bags has been missing for 5 days. Last scan has bag checked on Mumbai airport. Presumably, it was never loaded in Zurich airport as it never arrived in Chicago ( flight Mumbai- Zurich -Chicago by Swiss). When we call the customer service, there is no clear answer. They have not been able to trace our bag and tracking system has zero update. Our last destination airline was United so luggage claim is with them. So far, neither airline has been helpful and only point fingers to each other. Would never fly with Swiss again.

The worst airline I have ever experienced. AVOID at ALL costs. They are shameful airline. Lost my luggage on way out and way home, finally arrived and it was damaged, delays, missed connections, stuck overnight without accommodation, water, food, shower, lounge access denied and 4 weeks later, I am still fighting them on email and on their stupid online forms for compensation and refunds of expenses. SHAMEFUL

The worst impression that my family and I have received from this airline. Due to our connecting flight from Zurich to Gothenburg being delayed, we had to stay in Zurich for 2 days. The people working at Swissair/ticket office/check-in counter couldn't help at all. All they say is that you can find it yourself/it can be looked up/it says so, so that's how it is. Completely worthless.

The information they provided was not complete, and it felt like they just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible.

Never will my family and I choose Swissair.

Flight commenced with chaotic boarding process handled by bozos who had no clue as to service class. Some time elapsed before flight attendant brought around a tray of bubbles. Turned out to be some cheap sparkling wine and was WARM. Asked attendant if she could bring a glass of wine from their menu, Unsmiling, said nothing else available until fully airborne. Food and beverage very slow to start. I asked for.a white wine, and it took almost 10 minutes to uncork the bottle. Training? Wines look inviting on the menu, but in fact were lifeless and acidic. Cuisine was unseasoned. Nothing remotely resembled Swiss cuisine. Feel my pocket was picked after paying for biz class. Reluctantly rated 2, since departure and arrival on time.
