Turned out to be some cheap sparkling wine and was WARM. Asked attendant if she could bring a glass of wine from their menu, Unsmiling, said nothing else available until fully airborne. Food and beverage very slow to start. I asked for.a white wine, and it took almost 10 minutes to uncork the bottle. Training? Wines look inviting on the menu, but in fact were lifeless and acidic. Cuisine was unseasoned. Nothing remotely resembled Swiss cuisine. Feel my pocket was picked after paying for biz class. Reluctantly rated 2, since departure and arrival on time.
