I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Swiss Airlines. Recently, my direct flight from London to Geneva was canceled, and I was automatically rebooked on connecting flights the next day that would take nearly the entire day to travel.
Attempting to resolve this issue via chat was futile as no one responded. I then tried calling the call center, where I had to wait for over an hour to be connected. The operator said she cannot rebook me as i have miles and more number and transferred me to the Miles & More department, knowing it was out of service hours. When i called second time, waiting for 40 min, it appeared to be they could re-book me but next available flight is after 3 days!
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better service from Swiss Airlines and hope this issue will be addressed immediately.
