I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Swiss Airlines. Recently, my direct flight from London to Geneva was canceled, and I was automatically rebooked on connecting flights the next day that would take nearly the entire day to travel.

Attempting to resolve this issue via chat was futile as no one responded. I then tried calling the call center, where I had to wait for over an hour to be connected. The operator said she cannot rebook me as i have miles and more number and transferred me to the Miles & More department, knowing it was out of service hours. When i called second time, waiting for 40 min, it appeared to be they could re-book me but next available flight is after 3 days!

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better service from Swiss Airlines and hope this issue will be addressed immediately.

Going on our honeymoon and flying Swiss Air for the first time. Upgraded the seats and honestly you have to buy. Their regular seats are incredibly small. I’d also say that the cost is insane for what you get. The service was great. People were extremely friendly. Entertainment was ok. Not great. Not as much of a selection as other international flights. Seats were horrendous!!!!! Hard and super uncomfortable. Again for what we paid I expected more. Food was decent. Honestly there are other airlines much better, more comfortable with better options.

Not sure where to begin. Flight from London to Zurich was delayed so missed flight to Hong Kong. We were put up for the night in a hotel 45 minutes from the airport less than a one star. There was no communication from Swissair made my way back to the airport and was told I would have to stay another night in Zurich. Totally unacceptable I flew to Shanghai where I was assured my luggage would be. No luggage I took a connecting flight to Hong Kong I had no luggage for 5 days. If my Chinese business associate hadn’t sorted it out I doubt I would have got my luggage back. Despite sending 5 emails never received a reply. Does anyone have the email of the CEO?

Mumbai airport Swiss Air staff has few horrible, annoying, arrogant members. their mentality matches the typical ANDHABHAKTS in India). They will not show you any written RuleBook or any printout regarding transit (Schengen) visa requirement for travel, if there are two stops in Europe (Zurich, Frankfurt) on the way to SFO from Mumbai. The staff members behave as if they are visa authority of the airport. Shame, that there is no senior authority at Mumbai airport whom can be consulted even if you have valid tickets, Travel passport and residence card. They will treat you as unwanted person even if you have got Swiss Air, Lufthansa ticket. Shame that the online booking of ticket doesn't highlight this transit visa requirement if there are two stops in Europe.
I have decided not to any tickets from Swiss airlines, Lufthansa airlines, in the future.

Lost our baggage for 4 days during our honeymoon. After countless hours and calls, we still have not received compensation for any of our expenses incurred during that time. No customer service phone number that can actually action on lost bags. The most recent email that was supposed to have the compensation in it did not have the link.
