Review of Swiss International Air Lines

After my flight in April, I said that Swiss was faultless on passenger service and handling, but that the seats, even in Business Class, were narrow. This is still the case. However, despite the drawbacks, on price and convenience, it is still the best option for me. I get to fly into Manchester or Birmingham, both convenient for me, following a smooth, easy transit in Zurich airport. The food is good quality but a little unexciting. The service is good and the aircraft clean.

The crew were excellent but were let down by the poor fit out. TV screen was very old and half way through the first movie the entire system crashed
Will not fly with them again until the facility’s are updated

Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high for Swiss business class. The seats were rock-like hard and the food barely edible. Highly unpalatable and totally uncomfortable are the bywords for this leg of my trip. The staff was also highly unattentive. Strange for Swiss, I should think.

We were pleasantly surprised with this airline as we had a terrible experience with Lufthansa. The seats were much more comfortable and the food was very edible. The flight attendants were always doing things to make the trip comfortable. This airline I would fly again.

Obviously we are close to low-cost products, but a bit more expensive than easyJet.
However, you enjoy more leg room, you may take in-cabin for free a carry-on plus a bag when on easyJet it is no longer allowed.
Water and a snack are free.
Punctuality with Swiss is much better.
Two negative points :
. In Geneva the boarding gate is far too far,
. On board stewardess should favor Swiss idioma (French and German) plus Spanish as we were flying to Spain and not bend to the anglo-saxon imperialism and deliver some information ONLY IN English because of a pax pretending not to understand French.
