I bought business class with Southwest to get early boarding and added amenities.
I got what I paid for
My flights were cancelled and rescheduled so many times. My boarding pass on hand -has become confusing. The customer service personnel was mad Why I have to have an Updated boarding pass, ignored me at the front desk pretending to talk to the other personnel, just to make her Point, my needs were not important, I am a tiny peck of dust.
I requested Tea and Sparkling water during flight - that was delayed for 4 H, as business ticket Holder. I was told One at A Time, which I did not understand. Then stewardess brought me just a cup of sparkling water. Again, she made a Point, my needs were not important, I'm just a peCk of dust.
I gave her my Free Premium Drink Coupon, just to get a Cup of Tea.
Southwest Airlines is a joke with bad customer service.
