I bought business class with Southwest to get early boarding and added amenities.

I got what I paid for

My flights were cancelled and rescheduled so many times. My boarding pass on hand -has become confusing. The customer service personnel was mad Why I have to have an Updated boarding pass, ignored me at the front desk pretending to talk to the other personnel, just to make her Point, my needs were not important, I am a tiny peck of dust.
I requested Tea and Sparkling water during flight - that was delayed for 4 H, as business ticket Holder. I was told One at A Time, which I did not understand. Then stewardess brought me just a cup of sparkling water. Again, she made a Point, my needs were not important, I'm just a peCk of dust.
I gave her my Free Premium Drink Coupon, just to get a Cup of Tea.

Southwest Airlines is a joke with bad customer service.

My first and last Business with Southwest Airlines.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Southwest Airlines! Flight attendants were awesome! So humorous which was such a change! Loved the jokes! Pilots top notch! Our trip into Burbank with the winds and the fires were terrifying, but our pilots landed us safely! The whole plane cheered once on the ground!!

My mother is elderly and need a wheelchair escort. Today was the 1st time that we had an awesome experience with escort Tommy from Skycap. Tommy was very professional, caring and out right awesome. There need to be more employees like Tommy. He definitely deserves 5 Stars 🌟

I recently flew with Southwest Airlines, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. One of the major issues I encountered was their lack of seat assignments. This is especially problematic for families traveling with kids. Despite paying a premium for our tickets, my family was forced to sit apart. I had to beg strangers to swap seats, and thankfully, a kind passenger agreed, but it shouldn’t have to be that way.

To make matters worse, the flight attendants showed no interest in helping. They didn’t intervene when passengers, many of whom boarded last, were left scrambling for seats. I understand the boarding process, but the fact that Southwest doesn’t assign seats encourages chaos and inconsiderate behavior. Instead of creating a more relaxed atmosphere, it brought out the worst in people, who were fighting over seats like animals.

For an airline that claims to care about customer service, this is a terrible oversight. It’s bad practice to operate this way, especially for families and anyone with young children. Until they rethink their seating policies, I’ll be hesitant to fly with Southwest again.

Wow. I took a flight from atlanta to west palm beach florida on 12/27/24. Mind you it was a direct flight but somehow my bag ended up in baltimore. How the hell does that happen? I did get the luggage the following day but I had to go purchase clothes to the tune of 80 bucks just to get by. I didn;t like the attitude of the lady at the caurosel as she handed me a card and said scan this and start your claim. That did not sit well with me so I made her fill out the report. Thats her job. On 12/31/24 I filed a complaint with SWA and here it is 10 days later I have not heard back from anyone about this. I have tried to file a claim for my clothes I had to buy and I can't submit the claim because your submit button doe not work. I would have been happy with a quick response and a voucher. The lady I spoke with today was delightful and she did everything she could to help. I asked if she could send me to a higher up and she said she could not becuase she doesn't have any numbers of anyone. What the heck is wrong with you people. She did offer me a voucher. I will tell you this I would have been happy with some quick action, reimbursment and an apology. At this point I want all of that and 100,000 points added to my points. Here is my case number 103786257
