On December 11, 2024, my wife and I were passengers on Southwest Airlines flight 5907 from Havana to Tampa. We paid $40 each for Early Bird boarding, yet the staff decided not to honor Early Bird status for any passengers, allowing everyone to board the plane without following the established order. This decision was both shameful and disgraceful.
Additionally, due to bad weather, the pilot and crew chose not to serve courtesy drinks. When some passengers requested water, they were informed that they couldn't provide any. However, by the end of the flight, the weather was not as bad as initially described. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had with an airline, and Southwest failed to deliver on the services we paid for.
