I recently flew SW on two full flights and had no issues. Both gate and crew personnel were kind and professional. I have a disability and were a Sunflower lanyard. Southwest customer service treated very well, with dignity and for that I'm very grateful.

Worst experience. My family and I wer stuck inside a plane for about 3hrs. Then land at my destination everything is closed. No car or place to stay because it's a good 1 hr drive to our destination. It's past 1am and the car rental is closed until 5am. I asked to stay over night because we have no other choice they offered us the floor and chair. They offered us absolutely no other help. Maybe if it was just myself is one thing. However, I have an infant I will not be risking my infant in any harmful or dangerous situation like leaving them in public on a floor because southwest can't get there airline figured out. No taxi no uber no bed no food. We have to run around try too find who is open pay double the amount to find a new car. Or anything to get us anywhere in the middle of the night. I physically called Southwest aswell as messaged them and they refused to call me back. They just do not care or want to deal with their issues.

They are never on time and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and fly with another server.

Had to cancel my flight due to a family emergency and they gave me a credit to use in the future. They would not let me use the credit for someone else, and said that it must be used on me.

My husband had a medical emergency right after takeoff and Southwest Airlines handled it beautifully. They made sure me along with all the passengers stayed calm and they helped me deal with the situation. The captain made the decision to turn around and land back in Vegas and the flight crew and passengers were all very compassionate and understanding. The passengers prayed for us and were all very helpful. When we arrived back in Vegas, EMS was already there and ready for us and we deboarded smoothly. They automatically rebooked us out on a flight the next day and gave all passengers a voucher for their inconvenience. The other passengers were put on another flight and made it to their destinations that day. All was handled in the best way possible during a traumatic experience. They are very prepared for an emergency situation.
We are very thankful for the compassion and understanding of all the flight crew and passengers. We plan on flying Southwest Airlines whenever possible in the future.
