Worst experience. My family and I wer stuck inside a plane for about 3hrs. Then land at my destination everything is closed. No car or place to stay because it's a good 1 hr drive to our destination. It's past 1am and the car rental is closed until 5am. I asked to stay over night because we have no other choice they offered us the floor and chair. They offered us absolutely no other help. Maybe if it was just myself is one thing. However, I have an infant I will not be risking my infant in any harmful or dangerous situation like leaving them in public on a floor because southwest can't get there airline figured out. No taxi no uber no bed no food. We have to run around try too find who is open pay double the amount to find a new car. Or anything to get us anywhere in the middle of the night. I physically called Southwest aswell as messaged them and they refused to call me back. They just do not care or want to deal with their issues.
