I was humiliated by a flight attendant. I was sitting in an exit row with a seat belt extender, not knowing this was a problem. This particular flight attendant watched me get into the exit row seat and didn't say anything. We were settled in, checked by 2 other flight attendants for safety protocols, and about to take off when this flight attendant came up and very loudly demanded to see my seat belt. She asked loudly if I was wearing an extender. I replied I was and she starts very loudly telling me that it was a felony, that I was going to receive a penalty, and needed to move. She then proceeds to call out to the entire cabin asking if anyone could take my spot... This flight was not full, she could have just quietly asked me to move. My mother was with me and she said she would move with me and so then she's calling for two people to replace us saying we are not allowed to sit there. She then demands my seat belt extender and argued with me about keeping it. Did she want me to sit without a seat belt at all? It didn't make sense. This was in front of everyone and was humiliating. She later came to me and told me again over and over that it was a felony and said that because she is a large woman, she looks for these things more often and understands. You would think if someone understood that they would go out of their way to be kind about it. She was extremely rude and embarrassing. I am not exceedingly large. I fit in the seat fine and sometimes I just need a little extra slack on my hips. This woman is a large woman and clearly has some hang ups about it. I understand that there are protocols and rules and don't have a problem with that. The way this was handled was appalling and humiliating. I was literally forced to tears out of embarrassment and people around me were clearly very uncomfortable with the situation. This could have been done quietly and politely informing me gently that I needed to move. I am just so disappointed in the service and behavior. I fly regularly and have never ever encountered something so degrading or embarrassing. This flight attendants name is Rebecca.

I accidentally bought 2 airlines tickets online. The trip was for the next day. The airline by itself cancel one of my tickets as it recognized that it was duplicated. Also at the check in counter at 5am they efficiently and expediently they checked me in and I was on my way to the gate. The crew was very friendly without any fuzz took care of all passengers. Even if all this is expected sadly it is harder and harder a norm when flying. Plus you can check in 2 suitcases without charge.
I would love to always travel with southwest if they had a direct Tulsa NYC route it would be great.

I’m A- Prefer List, I was asking about an email Southwest counter, and it seems that I made a big mistake, their attitude towards me was very bad and they didn’t have patience to understand what the issue was and they started shouting. I don’t recommend this airline and it seems I made a mistake for booking my flight with them for the past three years.

My bag was supposedly 5 pounds over weight which it was not on Delta. They charged me $ 100 or I could have flown two bags for free. total scam. hate this airline

Purchased a BUSINESS class ticket from Reno to RDU. What a joke. Southwest is still a cattle airline no matter what you pay for your ticket. Add to it rude attendants and poor customer service - flight attendant Deb should be fired.

Flight to Denver ran out of fuel circling over Denver, re-routed to steamboat springs (middle of nowhere) to refuel. We were told all the flights on Denver are delayed because of weather but our flight to RDU somehow made it out of Denver 20mins before we landed after a two hour delay. We get to Denver and find out that instead of getting booked on a non stop flight to RDU, we're on a connecting flight through BWI. No food vouchers, no hotel accomodations. It seems they missed the memo on the Biden act. Absolutely rude Southwest employees both at the airport and on our flight. Special mention to flight attendant Deb, who takes the trophy for absolute rudeness and poor customer service.
Flight #3877 Denver RDU on 8/6. Southwest management you sell business class tickets and treat passengers like cattle, and your employees are rude.

Advice - Do Not fly southwest. And I hope you never run into rude Deb on their flights if SW is your only option.
