I am so disappointed by Southwest at the return flight from Phoenix to Kansas City. After long days of business meeting, I was happy to get in the plane and go back home. Unfortunately, the flight attendantm blond hair, she broke my mood. She did not serve me any soda that I requested twice. I was forgotten until I reach Kansas City Missouri and I don't want to drink anymore. Bad customer service and service in Airplane. Don't know why such people can still be offering a job that they don't even accomplish. We pay for the service and we get nothing. You should be ashamed of yourself. Civil right for equal range!
Never had a worse experience in 40 years of flying. From check in to flight everything was a mess. Boarding off time by over 45 minutes with no delay. Made Spirit look like luxury comparatively
We had such a great flight on 3/17/24 flight 2500 from Hartford to Midway. The flight attendants were smiling and kind I never had such service. They really took care of use. They e were a great team working together!!
My wife and I were Targeted bu the Southwest Staff in Chicago Midway. We were told we cannot board our Flight which was Fully paid. Someone Name Kevin didn't get the Facts right. He just went the Southwest employee story
We were told that we not going to fly tonight 3/15/24. I do plan on seeking legal action for Harassment and emotional distressed. This was unprofessional on Southwest staff. Left us stranded in Chicago Midway. We had to purchase brand new tickets to return San diego.
