No legroom, no drinks and delays. Out flight attendant looked very grumpy.

I missed my connection flight because of a flight delay. Wrote them an email about that. More than two weeks after, still no reply.

Avoid if possible.

In spite of the apparently cheap price (380USD for a two-way ticket), I think it did not provide good value for the amount paid.

To begin with, the airline's restriction on checked-in luggage is 15kg only, which could be inconvenient for people taking a relatively long vacation.
Second, at least at my flight, the attendants were hardly smiling. You would expect something better even at a low-cost flight.
Third, the attendants' English announcements were sometimes hard to understand (and my English is fairly good), which is less crucial in routine but would be far more important in case of emergency.

Nevertheless, I would like also to stress some of the good aspects of the flight. The aircraft was tidy, and the legroom was enough for an average-height person like myself. Although the flight took off with almost a 1-hour delay, it landed in Prague almost by schedule.

It was kind of charter flight. They allowed more baggage than competition. The service was OK although only water was served free. Get from A to Z with low price and decent service. I would fly again with them

Check in three hours before flight is brilliant, I walked straight to the check in desk 2.5 hours before flight (no queues).

Flight left on time and air stewards on the flight were helpful and attentive. New style aircraft with good leg room, for the price I paid this was a very good option and would certainly fly with Smart Wings again.
