This flight was provided as part of a package holiday from tui. On the way out we flew with tui own plane which was comfortable with good service and decent good to buy. But smattering used a much older aircraft which was cramped and only two wcs. When there was four passengers waiting for the loo the pilots one after another decided they wanted the loo so we all had to wait with crossed legs. I know pilots need the wc but..... Then there was the good which did not arrive until.over one and a half hours after take off and this a early morning fight where passengers had to get up very early so expected to have some good on the flight not having had time for breakfast at the airport. The good was cheap as was the drinks talk about low budget obviously tui are on good thing employing a cheap skate airline

This really is the low end of budget.
Pros
- Arrived safe and sound.
Cons
- Could not use e-tickets (TUI phone app)
- No cheaper than better budget airlines
- Kept waiting on a staircase for 20 minutes after we were told we could board
- Comfortless seating
- Only one food/drink service per flight (why?)
- Luke warm instant coffee
- Dreadful sandwiches
- Very dirty aircraft (the ceiling was filthy - but it was the ceiling I guess)
- Staff distant/cold

I am very surprise with the good quality of service. I recommend!!!! I don't have problem to this it again. I am very glad.

Not too happy about the fact that my luggage got lost after paying an extra hefty 156euros . Onboard personnel was friendly though, thanks for that :-)

We use this airline more than 10 years, but it gets worse and worse. You will get only one glass of water and that is all. But price of tickets are bigger and bigger, even when the price of gasoline goes down. The only thing is, that they do not have in Central Europe any competitor. We use them only because we do not have a substitution.
