“nightmare check-in in teneriffe”

The airline was fine , no problems , crew helpful ,and plane comfortable but after being dropped of at airport with 2 young kids at 6am for our 8am flight home check-in was a nightmare , 7.30am we were still in the queue , they finally opened a 3rd desk for the last 6 people , we ended up being rushed through the airport as the plane was due to take of in 20 min , we couldn't even use the toilet and with 2 young kids it was a nightmare

Had never heard of this airline before i flew with them , but found the cabin crew very helpful , and a very comfortable flight . Would have no worries flying with them again

We flew with SmartWings from Brno to Crete on August 9, 2018. First of all, the check-in service at Brno was outstanding. It's a small airport without the stress and crowds of larger, more busy airports. We took off and landed on time. The flight was uneventful, which is good in aviation. Our aircraft was a 737-800.
It was a hot day, and the flight attendants did a great job of passing out water to keep us all hydrated. They also offered free newspapers. Food and drinks were sold - at high prices. We didn't buy any, but a lot of passengers did.

SmartWings is a no-frills airline,and we expected nothing. Having said this, the attendants were very friendly and polite, and provided very good service. The plane was fairly clean. The seats don't recline much - which is a good thing, in my opinion (no crushed knees). Not much legroom, but that is to be expected on such cheap flights.

Hi all, well there was a delay with both of the flights, to, and return.
Both of them was with smart wings.
I would like to praise the stewardess team for their patience and grace throughout the entire delay and the flight in particular.

It's terrible, for this money, we dont have lunch, only water. People dont have enough place on the plane.And bonus: i ask about place with window what and what i have.... (see attached picture).
