First off the flight was delayed 6 hours, then when I arrive they tell me that my bag is on another flight and that they are going to deliver it between 6 and 10 am, then don’t deliver at all or pick the phone up!

Oh goodness I don’t care if u land or crash with your old planes but I care about cleanliness. The tray my boy opened was food on it and chairs are ripped.
The chair literally poking me on the back and stuffing left. I e are not third world , pls provide a better service. Hell with your $50 voucher for biggest rip off .
Was booked on a connecting flight from Auckland to Queenstown. Transit from the international terminal was very slow. Arrived in the Domestic Terminal in time to make my flight. Got to the Jetstar customer service area. Told three (3!) employees my flight was leaving soon. No one would assist me. I was told to wait in the line, which took two hours. Missed my flight. When I got to the head of the line, the employee asked why I hadn't sought assistance. I pointed to the employees who had ignored me hours earlier. They refused to make eye contact with me.
I've traveled a lot, and have NEVER encountered such rudeness and absolute refusal to assist customers who end up having tight connections. EVERY other airline bumps these customers to the front of the line and exerts themselves to get them to their gates to board! Jetstar has a culture of incompetence and abject dereliction of duty.
DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!
“Absolutely appalled by the disgraceful service my mum experienced with Jetstar. After dealing with an exhausting booking process with AI and customer service, we thought things couldn’t get worse – but we were wrong.
On the day of travel, my 13-year-old sister was told she had to push my mum’s wheelchair because apparently, it’s part of Jetstar’s so-called ‘rules’ for staff members. Seriously? Accessible assistance means helping those in need, not passing the responsibility onto a child! To make it worse, the staff at the desk were unbelievably rude, barely smiled, and made passengers feel like a burden.
Whoever is making these ‘rules,’ you clearly have no idea what accessibility means. Even Melbourne trains and bus drivers offer better assistance than this airline. For a wheelchair user needing help, this was the most stressful and disheartening experience ever. Jetstar, do better. This level of service is pathetic.”
Be careful when travelling with Jet Star they are really strict with weighing carry on bags even if its more than only 1kg still charge you with $75, i travelled with my niece yesterday from Wellington to CHC they charged $75 each on carry on bags total up $150 which was way expensive while they should depends, not recommended at all, what a surprised, best if you use that $150 to add another check in bag rather than going under drains just like that
