I have written a one star review on Google for Auckland Airport if you want to read more from my experience but own up to your errors JETSTAR. Massive security check delays, no flight status for any departing flights on-screen, and very unclear. When lining up had Jetstar staff yelling two flights and multiple names at once over construction and excess noise. Impossible to hear or know anything. They weren’t understanding and expected us to pay to stay another night and get the next flight in the morning with no compensation as we ended up missing our flight due to everything. Terrible in all ways, don’t use them, Air NZ are far better!!!!! They didn’t apologise for no flight status on screen and blamed it all on us. Bad bad bad, cya Jetstar i’ll be wishing on star but not you guys

Terrible company, found old vomit bags in our seats one flight and diapers on the other, always late but that’s obvious. Didn’t let me bring my coffee that I bought from the after-security cafe- WTF?

horrible service!! we checked in online so that we don’t need to deal with check in at the airport. we were good during our first flight from QT. They did not bother to check our bags. But, our second flight back to QT, they checked our bags at the gate after going through security and said that our bags were overweight and that we need to pay a ridiculous rate for $150!!!! It’s just not fair!!!! esp the bag is not too heavy just a 1-2kgs difference each bags!! They kept changing gates as well (that’s fine tho coz it really happen BUT) when my wife asked them nicely they responded in a rude way pointing to the screen and said “CHECK ON THE SCREEN” they could’ve say it nicely. will never fly with them again. !!!!! sad to say we had to deal with them again this December and January!! (no choice but in the next year future travel NO to JetStar!!!) Rude staff!!!

This has to be the worst airline that I have ever flown in 30 years of international travel. My bag was overweight and they charged me $250 USD for 15kg overweight. Keep in kind that I had flown into the south island on New Zealand air from an international flight, but flying out on Jetstar to Auckland, they said I was overweight. It was the same bag that I flew in with from Auckland. They said I should’ve checked bag weight requirements before I booked. I flew through on Quantas…why would I check connecting flights?

And they also took my $600 go pro from my checked bag because it had a battery in it. Gone with all of my footage!!

Pay extra to Fly New Zealand Air and NEVER EVER fly this discount airline!!

Just and easy 1 hour flight between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. It is almost over before it began. The service is friendly. There is not much you can do in such a short flight
