horrible service!! we checked in online so that we don’t need to deal with check in at the airport. we were good during our first flight from QT. They did not bother to check our bags. But, our second flight back to QT, they checked our bags at the gate after going through security and said that our bags were overweight and that we need to pay a ridiculous rate for $150!!!! It’s just not fair!!!! esp the bag is not too heavy just a 1-2kgs difference each bags!! They kept changing gates as well (that’s fine tho coz it really happen BUT) when my wife asked them nicely they responded in a rude way pointing to the screen and said “CHECK ON THE SCREEN” they could’ve say it nicely. will never fly with them again. !!!!! sad to say we had to deal with them again this December and January!! (no choice but in the next year future travel NO to JetStar!!!) Rude staff!!!
