5 1/2 hours late! Don’t fly Jetstar! Unreliable, uncomfortable seats! Nothing good to say. Never again! A disaster flying them! So stressful! Missed the event in Melbourne!
JQ flights out of Avalon (AVV) Fail to leave on time, every time. Have taken this route over 10 times in last 3 years. Delayed every single time.
Jetstar failed their duty of care to my child and put my child at risk after an agressive man infront intimidated her; spat in her face and swore at her three times with a flight attendant witnessing this incident, they refused to move the man in front because he had paid for extra leg room, I had asked for us to be moved even though we paid for up front seating I wanted to keep my child safe they said they could not accomodate until it got to the last ten minutes of the flight when the man scream, swore and put his fist up to hit my child in her face, when speaking to the manager who displayed no regard for my child’s safety I requested for police to be there when we arrive, he ignored this request and went on with his flight!! Worst airline
Terrible jestar serviceI book a flight from perth to Melbourne and to hobart for 7th of November. They cancelled the flight and send us message on 6th of November at 9:23pm to catch a flight of qantas on 6th of November at 10:40 pm. How can a person manage to catch a flight in less than 1 and half hour notice. Don’t they have common sense. And it took 1 hour to contact customer service and they said we can only have flight that have 8 hours transit at sydney. And we will arrive on Hobart on 8th of November instead of 7th of November , i booked a hotel and car in Hobart for 7th of November, all my money get wasted. And they said they will provide $280 dollor voucher for layover in sydney. I lost more than $500 on hotel booking and car rental. They just say sorry for any inconvenience . What a terrible services.
