JQ flights out of Avalon (AVV) Fail to leave on time, every time. Have taken this route over 10 times in last 3 years. Delayed every single time.

Terrible jestar serviceI book a flight from perth to Melbourne and to hobart for 7th of November. They cancelled the flight and send us message on 6th of November at 9:23pm to catch a flight of qantas on 6th of November at 10:40 pm. How can a person manage to catch a flight in less than 1 and half hour notice. Don’t they have common sense. And it took 1 hour to contact customer service and they said we can only have flight that have 8 hours transit at sydney. And we will arrive on Hobart on 8th of November instead of 7th of November , i booked a hotel and car in Hobart for 7th of November, all my money get wasted. And they said they will provide $280 dollor voucher for layover in sydney. I lost more than $500 on hotel booking and car rental. They just say sorry for any inconvenience . What a terrible services.
Its a terrible experience with jetstar.

Horrible and the flight got delayed and had risky landings because we were ging to be there by 4 to visit family but we got there at 5 i do not recommend the airline when the flight doesn't get delayed it is the only time that Jetstar is actually a good airline for that person but if it is our family it always get delayed

Definetly recommend jetstar if you’re looking for cheap tickets, we had no problems everything was great! If you’re looking for cheaper plane tickets jetstar is a great choice.

this was on Dreamliner 787-8 and business class was very comfortable with only 21 seats. A night flight with dinner supplied and very tasty and breakfast supplied but not the best as it was cold and tastless.
Economy was crowded with knees to the back of the chairs in front . Did not look that comfortable when I strolled to the back on the plane
