Terrible jestar serviceI book a flight from perth to Melbourne and to hobart for 7th of November. They cancelled the flight and send us message on 6th of November at 9:23pm to catch a flight of qantas on 6th of November at 10:40 pm. How can a person manage to catch a flight in less than 1 and half hour notice. Don’t they have common sense. And it took 1 hour to contact customer service and they said we can only have flight that have 8 hours transit at sydney. And we will arrive on Hobart on 8th of November instead of 7th of November , i booked a hotel and car in Hobart for 7th of November, all my money get wasted. And they said they will provide $280 dollor voucher for layover in sydney. I lost more than $500 on hotel booking and car rental. They just say sorry for any inconvenience . What a terrible services.
