Both flights going to Bangkok and returning to Perth were delayed. Flight to Bangkok was 6 hours delayed and the flight returning was over 4 hours. On the return flight there was no warning of the delay, we found out when checking in to the flight. A 9:40pm flight was brought back to 12:00pm then a further 1:20am costing us more money at the airport. What also annoyed me was the service, the cabin temperature was absolutely freezing, they couldn't possibly get it any colder. I had a 2 year old son shivering, blue lips, constantly crying everytime I tried to speak with the cabin crew they kept saying I'll be with you shortly sir. Eventually 45 minutes later when I was served they offered a blanket for $15, this really made my blood boil. After offering everyone these $15 blankets they then decided to turn the air conditioning off. How convenient of them. Service was disgusting. I'll never fly with them again. Really we should be refunded and all expenses reimbursed
