Both flights going to Bangkok and returning to Perth were delayed. Flight to Bangkok was 6 hours delayed and the flight returning was over 4 hours. On the return flight there was no warning of the delay, we found out when checking in to the flight. A 9:40pm flight was brought back to 12:00pm then a further 1:20am costing us more money at the airport. What also annoyed me was the service, the cabin temperature was absolutely freezing, they couldn't possibly get it any colder. I had a 2 year old son shivering, blue lips, constantly crying everytime I tried to speak with the cabin crew they kept saying I'll be with you shortly sir. Eventually 45 minutes later when I was served they offered a blanket for $15, this really made my blood boil. After offering everyone these $15 blankets they then decided to turn the air conditioning off. How convenient of them. Service was disgusting. I'll never fly with them again. Really we should be refunded and all expenses reimbursed

WORST AIRLINE EVER!! OUR CHECK-IN LUGGAGE WAS LEFT BEHIND AND IT HAD ALL OUR GEAR FOR A SPORTS TOURNAMENT.. NEVER AGAIN!! HERE’S A SOLUTION … JUST GET RID OF JETSTAR!!

Would not cancel booking that I made as said non refundable although this was NEVER made clear at time of booking. Then tried to blame me for not questioning tehm more when booking first made.

I couldn't fly due to passport being a few days short of requirements for Singapore. They charge you for baggage BEFORE they check you in, and I'm my case refuse you. Then they REFUSE to refund baggage fees. So dishonorable, close to theft in my book. No credit, no refund, nothing. You'll be sorry if you book them.

When you see a passenger row H seat B starting to read Homers "The Odyssey" you cannot help soaking up this up as an omen for this impending flight. Especially when Rocky (yes, his real name) sitting behind you is told by his mother (trainer) to not punch or kick the seats (preflight).

As I glanced about the plane, I notice at least 30% of the passengers must been under 7 years old, with a few babies tossed in for good measure.

In midflight I decided to order a beer, which panicked the cabin crew, and yet excited a father of two sitting next to me, just for a moment, when he thought of doing the same, he realized his responsibilities, just as the smell of baby poo wafted around the cabin, nappy change time.

It was at this time that Rocky began a serious pummeling of the seat, of the passenger sitting next to me. Children’s toys began to litter the plane, the beer kicked in and I went to my happy place, with headphones and eyes shut.

At the end of the flight I turned to the guy sitting next to me and told him I had given the flight a 50/50 chance, based on the flight being short. He smiled, apparentley it was his first flight ever.
