We had a terrible experience with unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The staff’s rude attitude made the situation worse. They brought a baggage scale to the gate and only allowed us three attempts to check the weight of our luggage. We were charged $75 for just 3 kg of excess weight in our handbag. Their tricky baggage policies seem designed to exploit passengers and cost you a fortune. I highly recommend avoiding this airline if possible—by far the worst I’ve ever flown with
They weighed the baggages in the gate. We were 3kgs over the bag limit. 3 kg! I could have weighed 30 kg more and that would be no problem. Got a 75$ fine. For 3 KG! That is f****ng ridiculous! The staff also had a disgustingly rude attitude! One of them even tried saying this was a discount. Ha-ha. Never fly with them!
Flight was delayed for about 1 hour or 30 minutes we did board but wait for 20 or 6 minutes for passengers to get on the plane we were supposed to arrive in Melbourne at 12pm and we arrived there at 2:30 pm and it was my sons birthday
Checking in with 2 children as an adult. I checked in online and jetstar purposely seated the adult away from the two young children. The seat near the children was unoccupied. Leaving me no choice but to purchase seats together. Disgusting company. This occurs everything you check in online. Why would you allow young children to be seated alone when their adult is traveling with them. Air new zealand all day everyday. This is a ploy to get customers to purchase seats. Money hungry punks.
