Jetstar cancelled my flight and the staff at the airport said they can refund to us but take 7-10 working days. We were busy to take another flight as we need to reach the destination on the day but what they offered for the next day so we believe on them. However, they sent us email two days later said only credit can be done. Requested for one month and the case manager Priscilla didn’t do any investigation but just told us the Jetstar guideline and no refund. We tried to ask for so many time during our holiday but they didn’t care about us at all. Worsted flight company in the world.
