*Awful Experience with Jetstar – Inconsistent, Greedy, and Unprofessional!**
I had a flight with Jetstar at 6:25 AM, and I arrived at the airport at 5:45 AM – 40 minutes before departure, only to be **DENIED** baggage check-in! Unbelievable! One of the staff actually said she could check my bag in for $60, but when I approached other staff members, they outright refused and demanded I pay $180 for the next flight instead. What kind of unprofessional, inconsistent service is this?
The lack of coordination and willingness to help was infuriating. How can one staff member be ready to assist, while the others are determined to exploit passengers by charging an obscene amount? It felt like they were actively trying to trap people into paying more at every turn.
Jetstar’s customer service is absolutely atrocious. They clearly don’t care about their passengers or providing any sort of decent experience. I was left frustrated, out of pocket, and disgusted by their attitude. If you value your time, sanity, or money, **AVOID Jetstar at all costs**. I will never be flying with them again
