Being a gold member I have acces to fast track and the upper level in the Sas lounge. To my big surprise-and fellow travellers _ the lounge was under rekonstruktion. But perhabs our own fault, we did NOT know of the construction work.
If SAS has informer god and diamond of the construction i do NOT know but none of US has noticed.
Therefore our meetin was NOT the Best. Had to walk Down for a sandwich and some fruit etc. The New coffee bar looks fine but tankes quote a White to get a coffe. That the writer overfilled my cup with atter Can happen, but next time please do NOT serve a cup of coffe where the coffe plate is filmede with coffe.

One bad experience this past monday. Normallængde visits to the lounge is Very good.

We booked our flights for a long weekend in Helsinki. 48 hours before departure SAS notified us that our flight home had been cancelled and rebooked to a flight 9 hours later. The rebooking meant that we would need an extra night in a hotel, however this would not be compensated by SAS. We contacted customer service (waited 20min to get through) to enquire about our compensation rights. Which were none because we hadn’t checked in on the flight. We decided to call back to CC and request a refund for our homebound flight, no problem the employee told us. The next morning we wanted to check in for our outbound flight only left to be surprised that our entire booking had been cancelled! Again, we called CC to find out what had happend and yes the employee had cancelled everyting.
They offered us the same seats- however only more expensive and with no understanding of themselves clearly making a mistake in this matter and offering the tickets at our original purchase price. We decided to make a complete refund for these flights and were lucky that Norwegian Airlines offered almost identical tickets at a cheaper price.
I am deeply dissapointed with the way that SAS handled this situation and will most likely not be using their services again.

Check-in was made over Internet the day before.
Bagage was marked very handy by self-service at the airport.
Bording in time.
A new plane with good leg-space.
Free coffe or tea served by nice personel
Flight in time at arrival in Dubrovnik.

We were told our SAS flight from Stockholm to Vilnius is delayed, so we waited. Then we were told we are ready to go, we boarded the bus. We stopped short boarding the plane because we were told the plane is having some problems. We were all bused back to the terminal to wait there. Once again we were told the flight is ready to go, we boarded the bus, we boarded the plane. We were on the air for about 20 minutes, we heard the pilot telling us on the intercom that the plane has to return back to Stockholm. So the plane u-turned back to Arlanda airport. We departed the plane, boarded the bus again, expected to go back to the terminal to wait. Somehow the bus drove around the airport, and eventually went back to our plane. We were then told the "small mechanical" problem is now fixed, the plane is ready to fly again. This was the 1st time in my many years of air travels to have a plane return back to the airport. I am very thankful for the pilot to do so for safety reasons. My question is how come they cannot fix the "small problem" the 1st time on the ground! It ended up we were more than two hours late arriving Vilnius, the hotel-ordered taxi did not wait for us at the airport, and we ended up paying double taxi fare to go to our hotel in Vilnius. Not a pleasant experience flying SAS.

Good short flight. Only drawback is the checked luggage is limited to 23 kg which makes it difficult if the carrier you just flew in with gives you a 30 kg limit. You can pay for extra weight. Just means less shopping for the first half of the holiday.
