So we order a round of drinks, 2 double vodka, Bacardi and we pour the vodka over ice only to taste water! Yes water, the miniature bottle of vodka contained water, myself, boyfriend and friend all tasted it. Mentioned it to the air steward and they changed it instantly, without even tying it...this says to me that this happens frequently.. all I can suggest is check your drinks before paying or putting mixers in..

We had priority seating and cabin luggage. Boarding was late. Extra staff worked the queue labelling bags. The staff member didn't actually speak to us. Looked briefly at our on-line check-in screen. Mislabelled our bags and walked to the following passenger waiting in the queue. The error was only corrected after arguing with ground staff and eventually crew when the ground staff wanted to take our luggage away...

The flight was 50minutes delayed. But the Ryanair staff had all the carry on bags to be tagged for under the plane done while we were waiting so going through boarding gate was a quick efficient process. The plan was dirty and the toilets were worse thab the ones at electric picnic this year but you get what you pay for. Would fly with Ryanair again as long as the flights were very cheap to match the level of service.

It is not possible to ask more for the price I got the tickets but I was surprised seeing that the cabin baggage ( that the new low cost company rules don't allow to be put in cabin but shipped as a normal baggage if not paying an extra price to add to the base ticket ) was needed to put by passengers themselves on the big cart of the baggages near the airplane (at least this happens for my flight...) and not collected and put on the cart by someone doing this work...

The flight was six hours late. I actually feel sorry for Ryanair as we were told this was another pilot strike in Malaga. Saying that, we should have arrived in our destination in the afternoon and instead we were just in time to pick up our car at the airport in Malaga and arrived at our destination nearly midnight.

Bristol isn't the best airport to be delayed six hours especially when you have already been there for two hours but 6 hours, enough is enough.
