In general we were satisfied with the flight and connections. The service was good.
The food on flight was ok but it was too spicy for children.

Azért választottam a Lufthansa-t,mert a legrövidebb utazási időt ígérték. Ehhez képest 3 órás késéssel indultunk,amit már csak a reptéren tudtam meg, mert előre nem értesítettek. Majd a csatlakozáshoz Németországban is többet kellett így várni, ami szintén késve indult. A jegyvásárláskor nem tüntetik fel, hogy nem a terminálról szállítanak be és ki. Így ez a géphez való buszoztatás inkább a fapados járatokra jellemző. A légiutaskísérők gépiesen kedvesek, de úgy tűnt, készségesebbek a hazai utasokkal.
I chose Lufthansa because it offered the shortest travel time. We started with a 3-hour delay, which I only knew at the airport because they were not notified beforehand. Then, in Germany, it was necessary to wait longer, which was also delayed. When purchasing a ticket, they do not indicate that they are not delivered from and out of the terminal. This is why the bus service is more typical of low-cost flights. The flight attendants were nice, but they seemed more willing to fly with the domestic passengers.

Round trip flight. Business class service was relaxing. The inflight service was attentive to one's every need. The meals and beverage service were better than we have experienced on similar flights and class offered by other airlines, particular U.S. carriers.

First time we have flown with this airline. We anticipated exactly what we have experienced with Air Canada but we're disappointed.
The aircraft arrived late from its previous assignment. Not appreciable but a little discouraging nonetheless. It was a precursor of what was yet to come.
The flight plan was filed before the plane even arrived at the gate. We were boarded fairly quickly and sat at the gate for quite a while. Finally the pilot came on the Intercom and informed us that clearance had been denied due to problems with the paperwork. What should have been a slight delay slowly became almost a two hour delay.
Most of the aircraft shared one thing. Connecting flights! Guess who missed those connectors? Everyone!
Lufthansa rearranged everyone's flights, as long as they weren't on Air Canada! That meant overnight accommodations for many.
The agents arranged new flights for everyone including those on Air Canada. They also arranged accommodation for everyone, from basic all the way to classy hotels. Ours was maybe a 3 star.
The plane was reasonable in that the seats were spaced a reasonable distance apart but they were quite thin.
The staff were quite nice.

Newer air craft with personal screen on each seat. Great service, reasonable food and snack. Clean and comfortable. The only draw back is : when the front passengers put their seat in the recline position( it might be comfortable for them), but the head of seat( and the screen) would almost reach my nose. I pray for a considerate traveler in front of me but it did not happen. So I either stop watching the movie or do the same thing, to recline my seat a little bit too! But I didn't do such a great degree to make my back seat traveler complain!
