I always fly Lufthansa and find it one of the best airlines. They take good care of passengers. Staff is excellent. However I would like to flag some improvements which could be considered. Water is basic and it's not such a big deal to provide a water bottle to each passenger. It's annoying to ask for it again and again. Entertainment system needs drastic improvement. For frequent flyers, there is nothing new for months. Vegetarian food is so predictable. Some alterations would be highly appreciated.

There is no phone number for lost baggage, and the only way to contact them once you leave the airport, is through a form filled out online.
I sent in three forms, which all got ignored.
If you don't have luggage, the airline is ok. But if you have luggage, I would not recommend this airline.

Short 30-40 min flight but excellent customer service from flight attendants, great flight, beautiful clean and quite new plane. Short trip with Lufthansa but if this is how they run their business i assume long hail flights are the same, would highly recommend

Worst business class ever experienced. Seats on A380 were cramped and small with weird coffin like shape when extended to so called bed. On return flight i was told staff had "forgotten" the mattresses for the beds. Both flights the person next to me also complained of discomfort. The response of a staff member when a passenger said they didnt sleep was "ok i say goodbye now" it was truly astounding. Staff were robotic and unhelpful despite agreeing that the service was "is unacceptable" they seemed worn out and disconnected from it all. Code share with Singapore on my flight only served to highlight what a massive difference there is in what isxtermed "business class". Food was dismal. Most passengers on my flight seemed to be travelling between frankfurt and singapore for work. Lots of grumbling from fellow travellers on both flights! Window seats are worst as when bed is extended you are totally hemmed in. To go to the toilet i had to wake my fellow passenger. I will never fly this airline again. There were no positives.

All in all good, friendly cabine crew. Beverages good. unfortunaltely the space to seat or sleep over night is very very small. Blankets are not warm. enough for me...
But the kindness of our steward was heartful and helps to make the flight okay! Also the information from the pilot -- very helpful.
