Review of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines

Have to book a last-minute flight for Paris, scheduled with KLM and have no regret. Everything went smoothly. Services inboard is excellent, food choices are great, with kids menus options. Prices included all luggage, food, seats reservation, movies, blanket, pillow and more. I will travel again with KLM.

Very good flight and comfortable lay flat seat and cabin service let down by the fact the. Few were unable to serve any of the items on the menu and had to change to an undercooked chicken dishes. We chose this flight as it connected atamsterdam with a klm city hopper f.ight to our local U.K. airport. Choice of inflight entertainment was great.

The flight was just as perfect as usual. Very friendly cabin crew. Service very well provided. Don't expect glamour or "chick". It is a dutch company, you'll g great service!

We were in economy comfort so did have additional leg room; otherwise no benefits for the upgraded price. OK, we can deal with that. However the food was just awful and, unlike our Delta connecting flight, the English language movies didn't have closed captions which made them unwatchable for those with any hearing problems or bad headphones. Watched a lot of mediocre Dutch movies which did have subtitles.

Precision, smooth flight, great customer service. This is can expect every time with KLM. Flew in a jumbo jet....its been years since I last flew in one of those.
