Fast boarding at Amsterdam and Hamburg. Modern airplane with enough space (economy comfort) and they service during the flight. Most important; in time:)

I have been travelling with KLM for many years now, and did so even though this flight has a stop over in Amsterdam, because the service was so good. Unfortunately customer service seems to have been replaced with a need for the airline to keep finding new ways to punish travellers, who do not want to pay for any extra’s. My ticket was $1700 for a 6 hour economy journey, which is much more expensive than other longer routes by the same airline. This unfairness to the Africa route is already very annoying, but to add insult to injury, the airline staff only came round once during the whole flight to offer any drinks, including water, and then the usual meal of a tray with a few items including a starter and desert, bread and crackers, has now been reduced to a single, small container of a meal. I asked why only a small rectangle pack was being given, and was told that’s what they are serving now. So they’ve increased ticket prices, and offered much less by way of service.
I don’t know if this is standard practice on all their routes, or if only Africa is being put on a mandatory diet, but whatever the reason it was disgraceful. The small pack of food given was very unpleasant, and the service severely diminished. Think it’s time to give another airline a try. My loyalty to KLM after all these years, has counted for nothing. It appears they are taking serious advantage of the lack of airline competition for that route.

When one tries to add the miles afterwards, it's very complicated. When I had to pay 180 € for rebooking, the woman at telephone was glad, enjoing.
My flight KL1943 was canceled. Of course, the same woman (after consultation) said it was because of the weather.

Boarding by zone meant that we got to our seat without any waiting around or pushing and shoving.
Enough legroom and elbow room to be comfortable, though a bit more elbow room would always be welcome.
Good selection of entertainment and sound quality was good though my own headphones.
Food was good and the idea of a refillable water bottle for use during the flight was great.

Im a Goldmember I booked my trip online KLM
I land in Amsterdam on time 11.40 with a cityhopper meaning we go by bus to the terminal I travel much I was at the gate 12.05 departure 12.35 Why I can book a flight with only 50 min to make transfer incl boarder controll ???

I ask about my suitcase ground staff is just rude and super stressed ???!!! Before take off I started to ask cabin crew about my bag same again no help something wrong in stockholm yes the captain think it gona make it then comes the pusher
- why you need your bag sorry what a stupid question and very provocative if the problem was in stockholm make a phone call I see them talking about me thinking Im the crazy here
a passanager that want to come to final destination with inchecked suitcase ??

Everyday new storys about my bag spend hours to call in cuba they don´t anserw no good wifi
From you KLM I get 3 days later it is on the way to Havana
I get hold of lost and found no we don´t have your pasport number you need to come here we can´t deliver so the cream of the cake I need to go to the airport and pay 60 dollar for taxi
no bag for 4 days my orginal travel I could´t due
How can I travel around with no bag no cloths etc

When I fly to caracas same bagproblem but then ground staff and crew was HELPFUL and I got my bag good when it contains diving equipment
