Spacious aircraft, enough leg space, friendly staff and reasonably fast service.
Food was tasty. A very enjoyable experience. Recommended.

First time flying KLM, won't be the last! Excellent staff members. More leg room and seat room in Economy class than on US airlines. Meal was better than most.

I paid to upgrade to premium economy and it was worth it! More seat reclining and space, Service was nothing different from economy

Both airports are easy to navigate, albeit Schiphol is rather large. Good shopping opportunities, if you are into that at the airport.

I've flown from Birmingham to Lisbon and back 3 times in the past 2 months. Most if not all of the flights have been delayed for one reason or another the the ground teams handling the delays have been far from professional and customer friendly. Today I flew back and yet again the flight was delayed. I waited at Lisbon airport to check in for over 1 hour and on reaching the desk was told my flight was delayed and I would miss my connecting flight in Amsterdam. To say I was unimpressed in an understatement! Why did the ladies walking around not notify me sooner and then ask me to go to the customer service desk? After complaining, the lady at the check-in desk sorted out a new flight, budget airline Iberia from Lisbon to Madrid and then having to run 10 minutes in Madrid to only just make the connecting flight to Birmingham. Poor service KLM, has the Air France merger made you drop your normal high standards? I'll consider any other flight in the future and only use KLM as a last resort!!
