This report concerns the flight on February 23, 2020.
After a chaotic boarding we took the places 2D and 2J. The AC blew extremely cold and we asked for a blanket, which was completely ignored for more than 10 minutes.
When the older stewardess came with the first load of juice and water, we asked for a glass of sparkling wine and from that point on we were completely ignored. No refreshing towels, no immigration forms, no more drinks - the lady even managed not to smile once during the entire flight.
When I dared to use the toilet, the lady slipped into the toilet in front of me and stayed there for nine minutes!

Quite apart from the uncomfortable seats in business class, it was a hell of a flight - never again Kenya Airways!
