Over 200 happy and excited people were admitted to the gate area and chatting when the first delay was announced. Then the second delay. And then, with nonchlance, the flight was cancelled. To the inconvenience of everyone.

The seat was awesome. Liked the food and the staff as well. But the choice of movies was not that good, they are supposed add new additions to their collections. But the overall experience was excellent.

Rude staff. Late flights. The manager and supervisor in Nairobi were racists and rude. They left me in the airport for 12 hours. With no apology or explanation. The manager and supervisor hide behind closed doors. I have recorded proof of abuse from the air line employee to me. And I contacted head office. No one responded. Please avoid at all costs.

On recent flight from CDG to NBO there was no Sprite, 7Up or any form of Lemonade. All spirits were unheard of brands. Despite the rear business class being completely empty there was no option to upgrade onboard.
The person who sat next to me in extra legroom economy just came and sat there with no attempt by cabin crew to question this.
Whilst on an internal flight KQ cancelled our flight then wanted to charge $600 yes hundred per person to change to an earlier flight rather than their choice of a later flight.
This is just the latest in an increasing list of failures by this airline to the point that if I can I will now use an alternative
