jet 2 are a very well organised airline
the staff are always pleasant and obliging
my only complaint are the seats are very hard and uncomfortable
the 2.1/2 hour flight was long enough
next time i fly with jet2 i will bring a cushion

We flew with Jet2 for the first time last August. Check in at stansted was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Both flights were on time. Clean planes, lots of leg room and storage. Cabin crew polite and friendly and the captain kept passengers informed during the flight. Allocated our family seats together. Look forward to flying with Jet2 again soon.

Just recently flown with Jet2 in April for a holiday to Gran Canaria. Jet2 staff very helpful & friendly..22kg baggage allowance..plenty of legroom onboard..if you didn't order the in-flight meal snacks were available..duty free@ great prices..arrived early on both flights..very pleasant and comfortable flight.

Booked and paid for a party of 4 in September with extra leg room seats, chose seats together and everything confirmed on booking on line and confirmation email. Last week got an email about check in reminder and noticed the seat numbers had changed and non of the 4 seats were together. Rang customer services 3 times over 2 days and talking to different levels of 'customer support' was basically told 'it's been a plane change and seats are allocated automatically and it is what it is'.
No empathy, no understanding, no interest and still waiting for refund after being moved to standard seats.
All this despite being a Jet2 member and flown with them every year for our annual trip for many years.
Obviously time to move on, as loyalty means nothing to these people.
Absolutely shocking customer service and performance by the airline.

Nice new plane, good design seats with plenty of legroom and I really like the cup holder idea. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will always try and use them instead of Ryanair as I have yet to have any good flight without incident with Ryanair.
