I have traveled the world and never experienced such a cheap airline. For a national carrier they should be ashamed. Here’s why
A) they charged me to use my Amex card. I understand for small retailers the extra service fee is a lot, not for a national airline
B) I wanted to change my flight and the chat function could not find my booking reference despite entering it many times. To speak with customer service they were going to charge me 1.70/min including wait time
C) only free drink option on board is water & blueberry juice. Give me a break: you can offer coffee or tea.
D) I changed my ticket. The price to change showed $143. But the checkout price was $168. No explanation why. And no way to find out since you have to pay to speak to customer service.
To the best of my knowledge this isn’t a discount airline. So don’t treat your passengers as though they are lower class citizens. Who charges for customer service? Absurd!
Not to mention the flight attendants threw my coat on my lap when I said I didn’t want to getting wet from a dripping wet suitcase. Disgusting behaviour
