It was our 1st time using Eva air and we were nervous because of the long flight.. however, service was great, plane very comfortable and price pretty resonable.
The only thing were not prepared for is asina food on the plane, but if you like it - shouldnt be a problem, i just personally cant eat it...

We spent the extra funds for the premium economy, given the extremely long flight. Given the quality of EVA, I'm not sure it was worth the extra money. But, the food was good, the ride was comfortable, and the entertainment was good. The WIFI was not always good, so I question if it's worth the cost. Best of all-the flight attendants are wonderful, and go out of their way to make the flight comfortable.

We booked our tickets in January. Not realising we could book our seats straight away. So from Heathrow we had separate seats. Our 11 hours journey was made very comfortable by the spacious seat, staff that were polite and helpful, plenty of different entrainments to choose from and the food was good.
On our return journey the staff at Bangkok were very efficient and very helpful/friendly. Again we were separate but the airport staff manage to find us a seat together.
we certainly will be travelling with them again.
Would highly recommend this airline.

Great and courteous service!! I left my Kindle in the cabin on the SFO -> Taipei leg and I didn't even remember that I had done so but lo and behold when I was boarding the flight for DPS, they gave it to me in the boarding area!! I would not have expected it from another airline. Thanks Eva!! My vacation would have been ruined but not for this act of generosity on the part of your staff!!

The staff were smart and pleasant, plane modern and well equipped. Service so n way out was great but on way back there wasn’t a veggie meal for me although one had been ordered. Instead I was given a raw veggie meal which was pasically salad. It was odd as there were thing in normal food that I could have been offered. However one blip and rest of flight was great, Good film selection, products in toilets etc etc. Huge benefit was this was a direct flight
