Great and courteous service!! I left my Kindle in the cabin on the SFO -> Taipei leg and I didn't even remember that I had done so but lo and behold when I was boarding the flight for DPS, they gave it to me in the boarding area!! I would not have expected it from another airline. Thanks Eva!! My vacation would have been ruined but not for this act of generosity on the part of your staff!!

The staff were smart and pleasant, plane modern and well equipped. Service so n way out was great but on way back there wasn’t a veggie meal for me although one had been ordered. Instead I was given a raw veggie meal which was pasically salad. It was odd as there were thing in normal food that I could have been offered. However one blip and rest of flight was great, Good film selection, products in toilets etc etc. Huge benefit was this was a direct flight

Eva Air staff are very gracious and helpful. I have flown with them a number of times and would choose them over any North American carrier. The difference in customer service between them and the Canadian airlines is startling! from reservations and bookings to boarding and service during the flight, the staff at Eva Air provide great service and make you feel welcome aboard their planes; happy to fly. I travel AC and WestJet for work bi-weekly and had forgotten what feeling good about flying felt like. Thank you Eva Air for reminding me that flying can be a pleasure.

Top notch flight and service. Just so you know this is a 1 star issue with Trip advisor, not EVA Airlines... LOL

My seat in business cabin is spacious and comfortable. All food served on board were all adequate. The service is truly outstanding. I will definitely choose Eva more in the future
