I traveled on several Ethiad flights in business class this year. I don't know if Trip Advisor allows us to review more than one flight. I'll try to find out.
In general, all flights are poor for me, mainly due to the terrible service.
the planes are good, the seats are ok but dirty, the duvet is great, the food is normal, sometimes bad, depending on the country. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible, and they are getting smaller and smaller.
On this flight I had another bad service, I hadn't eaten all day because I don't sleep and I prefer to eat on the plane, and in fact the food in business class lounge in AbuDhabi is bad, so I prefer to eat on the plane, which is less bad.
So, believe it or not, I ordered my dinner, and the flight attendant said it was a lot of food!? What???? I was amazed, as you can see on the menu and photo there were only sandwiches and salads, so I ordered a sandwich and cheese for dessert. In fact, I think she didn't want to work, so I called the cabin manager to be attended to by her, who made an effort to be friendly, but no…. In other words, it was a super uncomfortable long flight where we paid to be treated like this.
When I have time I will write a complaint to the CEO, who we happen to know. Because after so many flights, the service is really horrible and ruins everything.
And in some countries in Europe, the ones I went to, Ethiad in Business class doesn't pay Fast Track, unbelievable. People at the airport say Ethiad doesn't want to pay…
