@etihad ZÜRICH to Ahmedabad with connecting flights EY 74 & EY 284 on July 25. Luggage not loaded to adjust load on airline and didn’t inform as well. Got stuck at Ahmedabad on 26th when it was disclosed by a ground staff of an agency with whom airlines has tie up. Felt cheated.

Best part - take off and landing was extremely smooth, like a never before experience. Extremely relaxed and comfortable.
Neat, clean, beautiful. Loved the food. It was my first experience with Etihad.
I booked it because of the reputation but was initially disappointed when I reached the airport and they said flight was delayed. There was absolutely no prior communication and yet the staff was arguing with me that they had sent a mail. I literally searched my mail box in front of him and showed. Also, the web check-in opened very late, just a few hours before the flight, which was annoying. Apart from that, the flight was smooth, landed me and my luggage smoothly to my destination.

Flew on 2 flights with etihad from LHR to BKK and both flights were so disappointing. I chose this airline as i had heard such good reviews however was left so disappointed in the service. Despite the flight being 7 hours there was only one drinks service with the meal and nothing further? Most airlines come around at least twice on a 7 hour flight with drinks. Staff were also quite rude and unapproachable. They also had run out of chicken by they had got to me. Possibly worst long haul flight i’ve ever been on.

We flew from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok on July 30. The service on board was excellent. The staff often came by with drinks and the food on board was also really delicious. We met Jorge from Spain. A very well experienced Steward. Jorge takes good care of his passengers and us! Thank you to the entire crew and of course Jorge for this well-organized flight! See you soon Etihad!

Worst airline that anyone can possibly travel with no matter what do not travel with it they will not proof that there agent is mistaken I lost my ticket because of the representative in the gate as he is not able to find the return ticket as it was obvious there

Basically the policy to travel from cai to dbx or auh you need round trip I had with Etihad and wizz air but the guy in the gate refused to board me the plane because he didn't know the proper policy and don't know where there exception to It I will file a law suit and I am not going to be silent about it.
