I booked a business class ticket from Lisbon to Jakarta with a stopover in Abu Dhabi.
I was supposed to get two nights Hotel for free but, from the moment I booked and paid for the ticket online. I never got an answer from them regarding the hotel I would be staying, although I tried to get in contact through message and emails to which I didn’t get any answer..
When I got to Abu Dhabi airport, there was no Hotel booked and I was offered no help, only that I should contact the airline online ( Which was what I tried to do for two months).
I ended up booking a hotel and paying it myself.
I filed a complaint on the 11th of May up to today, 15th of June. I got no answer..
Terrible customer service impossible to get in touch with.
As for the flight itself, everything was much worse than Emirates, a company I use a lot, from the food to the cabin space to the entertainment program.
I was very much disappointed with this Airline and don’t recommend it to anyone.
