I have to fly from Melbourne to new Delhi but due to technical difficulty they cancel the flight. We were starving at the airport waiting from 4 hours and they did not provide any vegetarian food to passenger. they were giving chicken and other meat sandwich and for vegetarian they were just giving small 2 pieces of cheese biscuit.
such a cheap airline is this.
later they just said flight cancelled go back to your home what the hell is this airline. how can a person go home when they have to fly. is this is a joke?
Tragedy not ended here they were not providing us information for next flight as well. emergency i have to book air India to fly.
it has been more than 8 weeks still did not get any refund.
never fly with Etihad. always read the review. I made mistake but no body have spare money to give this poor airline. I wish I could have read the reviews before.
The crew were very accommodating and friendly. The food was also good and delicious.The plane was clean and comfortable

Our flight was cancelled in Amsterdam due to a technical issue and all passengers were left to find their own hotels at midnight without any food vouchers or transport provided. While Etihad crew confirmed that Etihad will refund all costs (Hotels, transport and food) I have not heard from them or refunded after more than one and half month, despite many emails and calls to the contact center. Very poor service and very disappointing.
