Inflight service was horrible. Flight attendant did not attend the call & for a glass of water it required 20-30 minutes. The flight attendant & incharge were very arrogant and rude.

Etihad is the worst in terms of rebooking. I had to rebook one way of my flight and they are charging me $2000 as price difference, just for one way, instead of just $400 or $500. They say the class we booked is not available, but I can see it is clearly available in the website. I could see the flight ticket as $1000 in the website but they wont let me book that ticket in stead they are forcing me to buy $2500
Dear Sir,On 9th May 2024 I was scheduled to fly with Etihad Airways from Zayed International Airport Abudhabi to Cochin International Airport. This concerned flight EY254(airbus jet320). This flight was cancelled by your airline due to the following reason ,the flight was scheduled for 9.30 am and I had arrived at 6.30 am. I had waited in the waiting area for more than 2 hours only to know that the flight was full and that I could not board the plane. I had already booked the ticket early via online. My flight was then rescheduled 10th May 2024 at 3.00 am later but then they tried to reschedule the flight for the lame reason again but as we created an issue out of it they decided to not change. The experience with the staff was very awful and they did not treat me with respect. This was my first time having issues regarding my flight.
I recently had the misfortune of traveling with Etihad Airways from London to Abu Dhabi, with a coach transfer to Dubai. The journey turned into a nightmare upon arrival due to complications with my UAE residence permit, requiring additional confirmations. Despite being informed that coaches departed hourly and there was no need to worry, the lack of organization and care from Etihad was appalling.
I endured a frustrating wait at the Etihad bus park for one and a half hours under sweltering conditions, with temperatures soaring to 50 degrees Celsius. I approached at least eight staff members to inquire about the possibility of sitting inside the bus while waiting. Each request was met with indifference, and no solutions were offered.
My health concerns, exacerbated by a medical condition, were blatantly ignored. I tried to seek assistance through Etihad’s online chat service, only to waste another hour and a half without any meaningful response. They promised to email their team to find a resolution but did nothing more than pay lip service.
After over four hours of neglect and mismanagement, I was callously told by to wait an additional three and a half hours for another bus. This experience not only demonstrated a severe lack of empathy and efficiency by Etihad Airways but also a complete disregard for passenger well-being.
I strongly advise against using Etihad Airways if you value your health, time, and overall travel experience. Their handling of situations that require immediate attention and care is grossly inadequate and unacceptable.
Whatever you do do not deal with the manager called Faizal. Worst experience that I have on my entire life

No one in Etihad is able to fix or explain why I can purchase tickets and my guest receive boarding passes and I need to go to the counter to receive a boarding pass.
