Got to our destination and our luggage's were left behind in Egypt without any prior notice. No proper communication on this.

I have to cancel flight because of Egypt air change date of depature and arrival. For first, they sent email change date from 25 to 26 Jan from Del to Cai. Them i email them any change for turnback flight as MS973. They did not feedback. Then I have to change my another flight from Vietnam to Del. When i changed successfully, 3 days after, they sent email said another fligh MS 973 said MS 973 change from 30 to 31 Jan! So Annoyed then i delete them. I have to pay many fees for changing our tickets from other flights caused their irresponsiblility. Now waiting refund. any advice how long they refund? So crazy tor international flight!

The worst airline ever. Delays for more than 5 hours specially for tourist destinations and people are going there just to spend the weekend. It is always irresponsible behavior from the national airline of a big country like egypt . I never ever recommend this airline .

Our experience with Egypt Air was nothing short of appalling. Due to a flight delay of over 2.5 hours, we missed our connecting flight and had to spend over $2500 on alternative flights to Bali via Doha, not to mention losing 36 hours of our holiday. The airline claimed the delay was due to "technical issues," but after researching previous flights on the same route, it’s clear this is a recurring problem—a reflection of the consistently poor service provided by Egypt Air.

The service we received both on the ground and in the air was disgraceful. The ground staff in Sharm and Cairo were rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist us when we needed help the most. Despite assurances from the flight attendant that we would be met with assistance upon landing, this was a blatant lie. No one was there to help us, leaving us stranded and scrambling to make alternative arrangements.

To add insult to injury, the airline’s compensation offer—a 15% discount on future flights—is completely unacceptable and worthless to us, as we live in Australia and have no plans to fly with Egypt Air again.

This experience has been one of the worst in all our years of travelling. We feel let down, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking with Egypt Air to avoid the stress, financial loss, and outright disregard for customer care that we experienced.

EgyptAir's headquarters' service from their office/ground staff at ORT Jnb is simply pathetic. They are rude, arrogant, really unpleasant and unhelpful. Our 21h45 flight on 23 December 2024 to Athens via Cairo was cancelled after the aircraft was officially grounded. Incidentally, the aircraft is very old model and looked decidedly shabby.
We were business class passengers. We were then accommodated overnight in a nearby hotel. Our mobile telephone numbers were noted by the reception staff incase the airline needed us to summon us back to the terminus.
In the morning we noticed that the other stranded passengers were all very absent. We later learnt that the whole balance of the passengers, supposedly about 300, had been recalled to fly via alternative airlines.
So, as business class clients were conveniently forgotten about. EgyptAir ground HQ office staff were decidedly unpleasant in rebooking us onwards.
On our return flight from Athens we were serviced by very sullen looking cabin crew. Food was horrible.
Never again will we fly with EgyptAir!!!!!!!!!!!
