“Budget but poor organisation made me question whether it was worth it”

Pros:
- budget flight
- inflight food surpassed expectations (except juice which was artificial and sweet)
- baggage arrived without major problems
- most service staff were nice
- baggage allowance

Cons:
- Airline moved the time of 2 of our flights without informing us (just noticed when checking in). Some of our travelling party wasn't moved with us, when calling up customer service to try and move everyone together on the same flight, they said this wasn't possible without paying a fee of over £500
- every flight (4) was delayed by 20-150mins
- vegetarian meal requests were forgotten on 2/4 of our flights
- arbitrary and bureaucratic rules and fees inconsistently applied to passengers e.g. forced us to pay to shrink wrap one of our bags (only on one journey) and made some (but not all) of our party pay to print out an 'ELECTRONIC' transit visa for Kenya.
- Poor organisation
- Inflight entertainment can't deactivate Arabic subtitles

Very cheap flight experience despite paying same as other airlines. I had 6 hours flight and it took them 2 hrs just to serve water. They served refreshment and drinks only once. After that they just stopped giving a responce to anyone's response. The staff was behaving like they just dont care and were not giving any responce to passengers even after raising the help light multiple times. The other airlines who don't serve alcohol give so much better service. They try to compensate by giving exotic juices and refreshment multiple times. Here passengers had to struggle even for water. After a while passengers started farting because of dehydration. It smelt like hell. Dont think i'll be ever going with this airline again.

Worst flight experience ever. Was delayed for 1.5 hour from Copenhagen to Cairo. Horrible service in the airport to go to the hotel. Than was 2 hour delay again from Cairo to Dhaka. Which cause I lose my last flight of the day to Chittagong. After booking a ticket to ctg keeping 4 hours in hand still can't come on time and miss the flight and going by road is a very bad service from the airline. For their laziness ordinary people need to suffer a lot. Not recommend it at all.

I recently had a disappointing experience with EgyptAir. The level of disorganization was highly frustrating, with significant delays in flight schedules. Additionally, the ventilation system inside the aircraft was inadequate, making the journey uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking flights with EgyptAir.

I flew from Heathrow to Cairo, to connect to Johannesburg and this happens to be one of the worst airline experiences I have ever had. The plane was falling apart, TV screens do not work, or it decides what it wants you to view when you touch the onscreen, as remotes are either damaged or missing or not working correctly.
On take off the overhead storage popped open, flight attendant closed it and few minutes later it popped open again, but this time the customer sitting directly under this closed it as the flight attendant did not get up again to close it.
The seats and tables were Extremely dirty, there were stains on the seats and the headrest, pockets had not been cleaned/emptied out from previous flight, nor between seats and the window, there was rubbish from the previous flight still there. The plane was completely run down.
The lunch was edible, but breakfast was inedible as it had a very off smelling aroma, the bread roll was the only item I could eat from the serving that was offered.
Compared to other long-haul flights the flight attendants had no care for its non-Arab speaking passengers, made no effort to make you feel welcome.

Your beverage options are EXTREMELY limited, a juice and a bottle of water the juice was warm to the touch which I left as I do not drink fruit juice, no soft drinks were offered.
Such unorganised boarding process, we took off later than scheduled and had to scramble to catch my connecting flight with minutes to spare.

Bathroom had also not been cleaned out correctly, rubbish from previous flight left in bin, bathroom was not stocked properly, 1 toilet roll in holder and no extras to be seen and half-used hand soap.
Plane had no blankets for the passengers in Economy seats only for those in Business class. And this was an evening flight, even though the captain did adjust the setting so that plane was not that cool I was extremely cold the whole night even though I had on a sweater. Business class was not that full, yet they refused to give the Elderly people on flight some blankets which I find very unfair.
The Airline only shows a video of the safety precautions on screens infront of your seat, but those whose screens were not working did not get to see the precautions!!!

Please save yourself the Headache, and Anxiety!!
HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!!
Disgusting service, genuinely dreading the fact that my return flight is booked with this airline

I would NEVER fly with them again.

PS!!! my bag has also been broken Brand new bag and they managed to break of the handles.
