AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We flew from JFK to cairo and I would NEVER fly with them again. one of the worst airline experiences I have ever had. The plane was falling apart, TVs not working and remotes missing. Seats and tables were FLITHY, stains on the headrest, pockets had not been cleaned. there was rubbish from the previous flight still there. The plane was completely run down. lunch was edible but breakfast was disgusting. somehow the bread roll was stale and the food was bland. I felt like i was going to break a tooth trying to eat the bread. Compared to other long haul flights the flight attendants had no care for us, we were not well fed, they skipped us while handing out beverages, made no effort to make us feel welcome. i felt like i was begging anytime i asked for anything. since i didnt have a remote i could not use the light or call flight attendants to my seat.
your beverage options are limited, I didn’t even receive a soft drink. just warm disgusting apple juice that I didn’t even ask for, but handed me the wrong juice and wouldn’t take it back.
made no effort to enforce safety precautions.
about 30 minutes into the flight i was told to be quieter by a flight attendant making the excuse that “people are sleeping”, no one was sleeping and were also loudly talking. We knew this wasn’t true as whilst people were actually trying to sleep the flight attendants were loudly cackling behind us. this felt very discriminatory.
Such unorganised boarding process, we boarded an HOUR late. we were meant to be in the first group of people in economy to broad and somehow all the overhead compartments in our area had been filled and there were people sitting in our seats!
Disgusting service, genuinely dreading the fact that my next flight is booked with these people.
bathroom obviously not clean. RUBBISH from previous flight still in bins. and bathroom was not stocked properly, just some half used hand soap.
our seats were located at the back, dont book these seats everytime the bathroom door opened a disgusting beacon of light blinded me, the flush was so loud too.
they didn’t take our food trays back, it took them 30 minutes to do so. i just went back and returned them myself. Not once did we receive an ounce of kindness from anyone on this flight. and never once have i felt discriminated the way i did on this flight.
PLEASE save yourself the headache. I have never been more angered by a flight experience in my life. HORRENDOUS SERVICE!
