Took as only direct flight. Seat good, food edible. Rest of experience BAD. No concept of service even in business class. Had to ask for drink, menu and food! No one asks in flight if u want anything. On connecting flights in country bumped from BC-no refund! And they said I could not board-had to talk to 3 people, the first 2 could care less, last was helpful. Double security at every airport. Egyptian people are polite but airport personnel just don’t care. For a country which relies heavily on tourism their airline is worst I have flown…and I have flown Moldovan and Uzbekistan Air!

Egyptair canceled all their flights to Beirut due to the unsafe situation.
I apllied for a refund but unfortunately, no one replied and I don't think they will ever...
Don't waist your time and money and travel with this company.

We traveled from Manchester to Cairo in the first week of November. We were impressed by the high level of hospitality and professionalism of the crew throughout the whole journey. Special thanks to Mr Hany Salama. We would love to use the service again.

I wish I heeded online reviews. I basically got arm twisted into double booking my return with the same airline, else they weren't going to allow me to board. My return was with a different airline.

No indication anywhere during booking that this was going to be the case. I have an extensive travel history. Very unhelpful staff. Takeoff delayed, no info why or any apologies. I beg you, avoid at all costs if you have alternatives

The flight was delayed with little to no communication from the airline. To make matters worse, both of my suitcases were damaged.

Adding to the discomfort, my seat was broken, which made the long flight even more unpleasant, and they didn't change my seat although I noticed empty seats.

When I reported the damage, the airline dismissed it as minor and ignored my concerns.
