This horrible airline our flight is delayed and our 4 luggages are missing and the call center I've contacted with it keeps telling me they will Forwarded it to the department well it's too frustrating that all our things are there.
I will not recommend this airline.

I travel Cairo to Jeddah with Egypt Airline I pay for upgrade fee & the Air craft Egypt Airline just it was 1999 model seats are very old and dirty smelly Brocken hand side try’s horrible flight I feel shameful in front of my wife that i chose this airline to travel Saudi Arabia we always travel with Saudi airlines & Qatar Airlines they are hell of good and better then Egypt airline I have worst experience of my life to travel with Egypt airlines the business class lounge is horrible food was horrible customer service horrible no sandwich’s on business class lounge on Egypt airlines what is that really you are asking people to pay you high fare and prices for this shame shame how can star Alliance are allowing Egypt airline to stay in their Star Alliance program as a passenger I never ever used or recommend anyone to travel in Egypt airline airport transfer service is horrible they are rude staff not a proper service they drop first south terminal then to take business class lounge it’s 45 minutes then to business class lounge to terminal north it 25 minutes I feel so shameful and feel bad that I chose Egypt airline never ever think to travel with them it’s been worst experience I have with my family to travel with Egypt airlines windows are dirty all I show to Carew members I talk to him he says you can complain online I can’t do anything I show him all what we get in business class all shameful experience of my life with my family never recommend to anyone

Flight was absolutely terrible!
Staff were unhelpful and they gave us a domestic broken plane to travel to London which is a 5 hour flight !
Plane emergency landed in Frankfurt and air crew gave us no information on how to rearrange flight back to London.
No help whatsoever will never recommend this airline to anyone !

Had a flight from Doha to Tunis via Cairo by EgyptAir. The first flight was rescheduled 12 hours after, so definitely going to miss my second flight. EgyptAir contacted me for modifications and had to travel one day early and got 14 hours in Cairo airport.
In Cairo airport, I was transported to Airport hotel for overnight with dinner and breakfast buffet at Le Passage Hotel.
My trip via EgyptAir was nice, spacious seat, entertainment onboard, meal and few minutes delays.

I can not advise anyone to fly this airline. Every thing from food, staff is so unprofessional about this airline. The flight attendants were rude and unresponsive. Do not fly this airline
