“Terrible customer service, awful attention, and no respect for elderly passengers or individuals recovering from surgery”

This has been the worst travel experience of my life. After undergoing a hair transplant surgery in Istanbul, I arrived in Athens, only to face complete chaos. The airline failed to update my boarding pass online, leaving me stuck at customs for nearly two hours—bleeding and in pain from the surgery.

When I approached the counter (number 28), despite my visible discomfort and pain, the agents were extremely rude, barely spoke English, and yelled at everyone. They were completely unhelpful, showing no empathy or professionalism.

To make matters worse, their treatment of elderly passengers was appalling—utterly disrespectful. The entire experience, from their terrible customer service to the poor condition of the aircraft, was unacceptable.

Do yourself a favor and avoid flying with this airline at all costs. Terrible attention, terrible service, and zero respect for passengers.

This is the worst company I was ever flying with. I booked a flight, they rescheduled the time of departureto be 3hours later, so I tried to cancel and receive my money back to book another flight (because I had a connection I needed to catch). First, you can’t find any service number that is working - I tried two and the call doesn’t go through. Second, they changed back the departure time of the original flight and send me a mail saying that they won’t refund me, because my flight is only 5 mins delayed. So now, I have payed for two flights for nothing. After that, they changed the departure time of the new flight as well to be 2hours earlier than planned, without even sending a mail. Then, I arrive at the airport and they tell me I have to pay extra for my carry on bag, because it’s too big - which they didn’t say anything about in or during my booking. When I told them so and showed the mails I received, they started to become really unfriendly. Never, ever will I fly with this company again. It’s the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever seen in my life

This is to inform you about the pathetic check in procedure from Dubai airport to Karachi .
Our flight was this evening and we were 4 passengers . We had an access of 3.5kg each. The check in staff told us to discard our excess luggage! We said we were willing to pay but they did not allow that and said that was not an option ! We had to track our travel agent frantically in Pakistan and requested him to pay immediately . We were in a race against time and this caused us a lot of panic and distress. This has scarred the image of airblue even though we were regular flyers .
They need to rethink their policy of no payment options at Dubai airport as it is very impractical.
We were mentally tortured over 3,5 kg !

They stole €100 from me by canceling my flight and never providing a refund. They have done the same to dozens of my acquaintances. Thieves like them should go to jail. 😡

We've had a very good experience wth Blue Bird despite all the bad reviews that we read about them. We were told several weeks in advance about the changes in flights times ( new time was even better for us) and everything was on time.
