This has been the worst travel experience of my life. After undergoing a hair transplant surgery in Istanbul, I arrived in Athens, only to face complete chaos. The airline failed to update my boarding pass online, leaving me stuck at customs for nearly two hours—bleeding and in pain from the surgery.
When I approached the counter (number 28), despite my visible discomfort and pain, the agents were extremely rude, barely spoke English, and yelled at everyone. They were completely unhelpful, showing no empathy or professionalism.
To make matters worse, their treatment of elderly passengers was appalling—utterly disrespectful. The entire experience, from their terrible customer service to the poor condition of the aircraft, was unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor and avoid flying with this airline at all costs. Terrible attention, terrible service, and zero respect for passengers.
