“Non-existent Customer Care - SHAME ON YOU COWARDS”

Worst experience to date in terms of customer care and their interest in helping with your query. It is now 7 months since they have lost my bag and no indication as to what happened to it, what are they going to do about it or if they will refund my bag and its contents. I have written them numerous emails providing them with all the infos required as per their website section ``Lost Bags``, called them numerous times to get an update and what I hear every time is that they will send another email to ``claims``department to see what they can do about it. I mentioned the fact that I may need to start legal proceedings which they easily replied that you can do that. No clear vision for this company and its policy to drive them forward but a clear policy to put people off from contacting them about their issues and putting them off to seek their rights to items they have lost, flights paid and not reimbursed.Shame on you as a company, your board of directors, shareholders and so called `` Customer Care ``team for passing people from one agent to another.

Flight was cancelled, which is ok if you got refund. Month and a half have passed and I still see no money coming. What is the most unpleasant - I can not find any phone number of support to discuss the issue. I filled in form on their internet site but have not got any reply. Very unpleasant behaviour for a business entity

they cancelled the flight 15 days before without offering alternative or compensation.
Now im stuck with one way flight, and i will need to book an expensive alternative due their lousy service.

Blue air started off OK like dishing out boiled sweets b4 landing to avoid ear pain but went down hill very fast on the third time of using them we booked and paid for the front extra legroom seats nearly ten months in advancand like others at online check in found we had been allocated other seat and not the ones we had paid over a hundred quid extra for got nowhere with the so call customer service but luckily paid with the barckaycard and got money back

This was my first time in Blue air, travelling with few freinds to Bucharest. Was intially skeptical about the airlines but was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

Flights were clean, decent legroom for low cost economy, nice check in process and each seat had charging facility. Communication was also very clear.
